At Cegid, I design across multiple retail product ecosystems, including an AI-assisted content and image generation experience for retail managers and administrators. I owned its discovery, interaction design, testing, and rollout, using experimentation and prompt scaffolding to increase adoption.
I’ve also designed and shipped end-to-end workflows across retail SaaS products, improving usability and visual consistency. I partnered with engineers on shared UI standards and reusable components, and worked with product, marketing, and customer success teams to bring user feedback into roadmap prioritization.
At Midsun IKM, I designed responsive web interfaces and initiated a design system to standardize visual language and component use. I also translated complex regulatory processes into usable digital experiences across the energy industry.
As a freelance consultant at GENEL, I partnered with startups and growth-stage companies across edtech, SaaS, retail, and lifestyle. I worked from product discovery and validation through scalable UI systems, and optimized checkout and onboarding journeys; I’m now applying that experience to hands-on AI product building, including a live proptech platform powered by RAG and LLMs.
