At HPS GUAM INC. dba James’ Tackle, I created and managed the company’s Shopify online store. I maintained product information, pricing, and inventory across Shopify and Lightspeed.
I assisted online customers with questions, orders, returns, refunds, and shipping insurance claims. I also fulfilled orders using appropriate packaging and shipping methods.
In the store, I processed cash and card transactions, voids, and returns. I supported the family-owned retail business both in-store and online.
At Sodexo, I processed cash, credit card, and Essential Station Messing payments as a Service Contract Act Cashier. I provided front-of-house service and maintained transaction accuracy during high-volume meal periods.
