Katerina Todorova

I’m a Financial Accountant with extensive experience handling independent, end-to-end accounting work across multiple areas in line with IFRS Standards. Since 2022, I’ve supported month-end and year-end closing, prepared trial balance and accruals, and ensured accurate posting of accounting documentation.

In my role, I manage production cost processing and transfers, maintain accurate fixed-asset records, and handle depreciation and amortization calculations. I also issue invoices, reconcile AP/AR/G/L accounts and related buyers, suppliers, and bank accounts, and track outstanding items and debt structure.

I prepare monthly and quarterly VAT filings for Slovenia and the Netherlands Tax and Administration Authority, and I develop annual reports and financial statements, including consolidation. I additionally support audit processes and contribute to statistical reporting for the National Bank of Slovenia, while assisting with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Previously, at ZEGIN Pharmacies, I delivered complete accounting implementation in the private sector—bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT return preparation, and timely monthly/quarterly/annual reporting. I’ve also strengthened internal reviews and analysis, supported external audit documentation, and handled administrative and payroll-related tasks; I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and hold a Master Degree in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Ljubljana.
