I’m an accomplished Financial Analyst and Operations Manager with nearly a decade of experience driving financial performance and operational excellence. I specialize in profitability analysis, margin monitoring, KPI reporting, and translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

In my current role, I analyze profitability and operational performance, prepare management reports and KPI dashboards, and lead reporting automation to reduce errors and improve efficiency. I’ve developed consolidated dashboards that increased visibility across departments, and I strengthened financial controls through proactive debtor management and structured customer prepayment approaches.

I also lead day-to-day operations by improving back-office processes, including fuel stock monitoring through daily reconciliation and analysis. Earlier, as an Accounts Administrator and Tour Consultant, I built strong foundations in accounts processing, reconciliations, audit support, and customer-focused execution—backed by Sage Accounting and BCX Back Office Systems training.
