What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a position as a physical therapy services reviewer where I can assess the necessity and appropriateness of rehabilitation services and help ensure patients receive the right care, continuity, and outcomes.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and licensed physical therapist who specializes in pediatric care, evaluating and treating children in home/daycare/school settings for diagnoses such as ADD, ADHD, Autism, Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.

I build therapeutic exercise programs and individualized home exercise programs for caregivers/guardians/parents, using hands-on manual therapy to address musculoskeletal and neuromuscular deficiencies while collaborating through a multidisciplinary team approach to maximize each patient’s rehab potential.

Across outpatient and inpatient experience—including serving as an Outpatient Rehab Director—I’ve also assessed rehabilitation service appropriateness, recommended durable medical equipment and lift equipment, educated families on transfers and ambulation guarding, and supported discharge planning and treatment continuity. I’ve been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2005.
