At HCLTech, I’m the single point of accountability for testing on the LEO Pharma account. I manage test strategy and planning through execution and sign-off for projects in a regulated pharma environment.
I’ve led five consecutive projects with onshore teams in Denmark and offshore teams in India. I run Scrum cycles for Agile projects and use structured Waterfall or hybrid test cycles for others.
For LEO Pharma, I ensure GxP compliance through IQ, OQ and PQ validation protocols, maintain traceability from requirements to defect closure, and provide release readiness assessments for Go/No-Go decisions.
Earlier, at DXC Technology India Pvt. Ltd., I led full-cycle QA across automotive, retail and healthcare applications, and built test automation using Selenium and SoapUI. I’m currently completing an Executive PGP in Applied AI and Agentic AI, with a focus on AI-assisted testing and delivery automation.
