At AIQUE Innovation, I've built the Legal and Compliance Department from the ground up, supporting seven entities with centralized legal, privacy, governance, risk, and compliance operations. I standardize commercial and corporate contracts, implement privacy frameworks, support board and shareholder meetings, lead internal trainings, and report directly to the Chairman.
As Chief Compliance Officer at Narwhal Fintech, I lead compliance for a BSP-regulated Operator of Payment System entity, designing its Compliance System and AML/CFT Prevention Program. I've built manuals, policies, controls, advisories, and escalation workflows while leading regulatory coordination, risk assessments, incident reviews, and Board reporting.
