Karen Baer

I’m a Production Control Coordinator with experience in aviation manufacturing, production control, and hands-on electrical assembly. I’m reliable and hardworking, and I’m comfortable coordinating across departments to keep daily production moving.

In my current role, I coordinate production control work for assigned shop areas and partner with Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Inventory Control to resolve part and material issues. I review planned shop orders, identify required parts and materials, and follow up on shortages before orders are released to production.

Before production control, I worked as an Avionics Electrical Assembler, cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering aircraft electrical assemblies while meeting QAM/QIM and FAA requirements. I also bring customer service experience from Lowe’s, where I handled returns, exchanges, complaints, and kept work areas clean, safe, and organized.
