I am an experienced automation and security systems engineer with a history of delivering testing, commissioning, and technical support for multinational projects. I bring hands-on experience from Honeywell, Siemens, and Sauter Race Technologies supporting building automation and security platforms.

My strengths include remote customer support, troubleshooting, technical documentation, project coordination, and training delivery. I have led on-site and remote support engagements, managed client escalations, and maintained project documentation and revenue tracking.

Recently I refreshed my skill set through a cybersecurity internship at Deloitte and have completed data analytics internship projects while pursuing further certifications. I am focused on applying these new skills alongside my core automation experience to roles in IT services, cybersecurity, customer support, or analytics.
