At PayPal Canada, I prepare and review journal entries for cash operations, investments, and intercompany transactions while supporting accurate month-end close and financial reporting.

I reconcile general ledger accounts, research historical balances, resolve accounting discrepancies, and respond to internal and external audit inquiries. I apply IFRS and US GAAP revenue recognition principles to payment transactions and fee income.

I partner with Finance, IT, and project stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA onboarding, UAT, accounting defect resolution, and system go-live activities. I also use SQL in HANA Studio to identify finance defects and improve accounting tools across teams.

Previously, I supported PayPal's reconciliations, SAP postings, product launches, market expansions, and process improvements. My earlier audit and accounting work included financial statements, internal controls, AP, AR, payroll, treasury, bookkeeping, and forecasting.
