Message

At HCL Technologies – Google, I supported Android applications by troubleshooting issues across apps, APIs, middleware, and data exchange. I investigated crashes and performance problems using Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring.

I led issue reproduction, technical investigation, defect documentation, and escalation to engineering teams. I also contributed to middleware development, database design, and Android framework enhancements.

At Weather Works Inc., I managed end-to-end development of a cross-platform weather application with real-time data, forecasts, and premium subscription functionality. At Belk Inc., I developed an Android application for retail and warehouse associates, including barcode scanning on Zebra TC51/TC52 devices.
