At ITDose Infosystem, I develop backend workflows for a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform, including clinic-level data isolation, RBAC, and HIPAA-aligned security. I also built workflows for telemedicine, patient records, clinical assessments, and scheduling.
I optimized PostgreSQL queries and introduced Redis caching to reduce database load and improve API response performance. I also implemented real-time status notifications using Server-Sent Events and Redis Pub/Sub.
I built an LLM-powered chatbot using RAG and MCP, with service tools for retrieving live data and initiating supported operations through natural-language requests. I also published ZeroMan, a VS Code extension that detects Express.js routes through AST parsing without executing server code.
