At FHRM Pvt Ltd, I manage B2B collections and end-to-end Order to Cash operations for a multi-client healthcare claims portfolio, recovering $25K–$75K in receivables per month.

I follow up with insurance payers and corporate accounts, work AR aging buckets, apply cash, reconcile accounts, and resolve denials, rejections, deductions, underpayments, and billing discrepancies. I also prepare appeals, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain audit trails and performance metrics in ERP and RCM systems.

Previously, I coordinated healthcare credentialing documentation between physician offices, providers, and internal teams, tracking enrollment progress and resolving documentation gaps.

My research background at Mindforce Research strengthened my ability to clean and validate multi-source data, identify trends, and turn findings into clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
