Worked as QA engineer and automation testing engineer in TCS supporting multiple client engagements. Performed functional testing, defect tracking and QA validation using tools like Jira and ALM.

Performed functional and basic automation testing of Dynamics 365 CRM across Lead, Opportunity, Account and Contact entities. Created test cases and SIT scripts, managed Jira stories and subtasks, and executed regression and end-to-end testing.

Tested meter and multimeter modules through functional, smoke and regression testing. Used SQL for data validation and backend verification, and managed test and defect tracking in Jira with Excel reports.

Performed functional, smoke, unit and regression testing and managed defects using ALM. Prepared GxP validation documents including URS, SRS, TAD, FRAD, DRS, Test Plan and Test Summary Report.

Performed functional testing, test case design/execution, defect tracking and retesting. Worked with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and used Jira for test management, and performed basic automation testing.
