Kalsum Alam

I am an experienced physiotherapist with ten years of clinical practice delivering rehabilitation, pediatrics, orthopedics and ICU care across busy clinic and hospital settings. I run my own outpatient practice and have worked in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment.

My clinical work includes strengthening, balance re-education, gait training and progressive resistance programs that have demonstrably improved patients' muscle strength and daily function. I have treated a wide range of conditions including stroke, hemiplegia, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, arthritis and pediatric disorders such as cerebral palsy and spina bifida.

I have held roles at Mardan Medical Complex, Roshni Rehabilitation Welfare Organization and operate Alam Physiotherapy Clinic, providing OPD guidance, demonstrations and individualized exercise plans. I collaborate with physicians to report patient status and adapt treatment plans.

I maintain practical competence through certificate courses and workshops in kinesiology taping, McKenzie assessment and lower-back techniques, and I combine patient-centered care with strong organizational and documentation practices.
