I’m a Sr. Lead Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering impactful data visualization and analytics solutions. I’m highly proficient in Tableau and Power BI, with hands-on experience across data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and enterprise reporting. I also bring strong command of Snowflake and additional analytics/reporting platforms like Hex Tech, Sigma Computing, DOMO, and SAP BO.

I lead end-to-end BI delivery in high-pressure environments—managing frequent production deployments in Agile/Scrum with a “zero tolerance for downtime” mindset. I’ve led team efforts of 3–4 engineers, and I’ve driven BI migrations such as migrating 15+ Tableau reports from SQL Server to Snowflake while owning development, QA, and production deployment. I’m comfortable rewriting queries (e.g., SQL Server to Snowflake SQL) and running production-level data validation and reconciliation.

Across banking, financial services, insurance, and call center domains, I build reporting systems that teams can trust and act on. I’ve developed Tableau and Power BI dashboards for call metrics, agent scorecards, and workforce management, including Power BI DAX measures and Power Query transformations. I’ve also partnered with data engineering on integrations using Genesys APIs to connect and transform data into Snowflake, and I’ve supported advanced analytics dashboards with Hex Tech.

I’m adaptable with a strong bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, and I prefer remote work (open to Pune-based opportunities). I actively leverage AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for productivity, while pursuing SnowPro Core and Sigma Computing certifications to keep improving how I deliver.
