I built an in-house Django RAG chatbot platform used by 100+ users processing 250+ daily queries, and led a tool-calling RAG agent for a car wash client that takes real-time actions on membership and API data. I also automated its CI/CD deployment flow with GitHub Actions, reducing deployment time to 5–10 minutes.
I’ve improved healthcare RAG accuracy to 90%+, built an AI business branding tool with Instagram publishing and Stripe billing, and developed insurance data-scraping pipelines using Playwright and BeautifulSoup.
