At Amazon, I built a reusable LLM agent on AWS Bedrock that automates weekly business review narratives for 15 countries, cutting manual preparation from 2,800 to 250 hours annually. I also built an AWS Lambda automation for daily review narratives, eliminating 45 minutes of manual preparation each day.
I designed a centralized reporting system consolidating 57 metrics across 15 countries, replacing fragmented dashboards and establishing the team’s first week-over-week historical record. I also recovered critical data and pipeline logic, restoring accurate reporting and enabling substantial annual savings opportunities.
Earlier at Amazon, I led development of an ETL pipeline and notification system for near-real-time visibility across EU fulfilment centres. I re-engineered reporting queries for a 5x speed-up and helped move Finance KPI calculations from manual Excel work into an automated pipeline.
At CRX Markets, I owned the lifecycle of a client-facing financial reporting app, from requirements and Figma UX design through full-stack development and launch.
