I’m an International Outbound & Exchange Management Officer with a focus on accurate customs and postal workflows, keeping shipment data consistent from intake through dispatch. I enjoy working in environments where company goals align with my own drive to learn and deliver with care.

In my current role, I register and enter customer and shipment details into the Customs Declaration System (CDS), maintain complete digital and physical documentation, and process outbound dispatches through the International Postal System (IPS). I verify and track international items to support timely, secure delivery, and I coordinate with customer service to resolve postal and customs-related issues.

Before this, I built strong technical grounding as an IT Officer—monitoring systems, troubleshooting connectivity and issues, maintaining incident reports, and supporting Windows and Linux environments. I apply practical networking knowledge using tools like Ping and Traceroute to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

I’ve also contributed as a Computer Teacher, where I trained students and developed teaching materials, strengthening my communication and organization skills. Overall, I bring operational discipline, IT-minded problem solving, and reliable documentation habits to help teams achieve their goals.
