At SN Info Systems, I audited the company website and analyzed search performance in Google Analytics and Search Console. I also used Ubersuggest for keyword research and recommended campaign, landing page, and UX improvements.
In my Olist customer retention project, I used SQL and Python to analyze cohorts, segment customers, and examine delivery experience. I found that late deliveries were associated with fewer repeat orders and recommended a win-back campaign for lapsed, high-value buyers. I’m also building an LLM text-to-SQL layer so non-technical users can query Olist data in plain English.
