At Meta For Data Technologies Private Limited, I built a SaaS platform for creating and deploying AI voice agents, with FastAPI APIs for agent configuration, knowledge-base uploads, and call workflows. I also developed a RAG pipeline that chunks uploaded documents, stores BGE-M3 embeddings in pgvector, and retrieves relevant content to ground conversational answers.
On the Intelligent Process Automation platform, I built Spring Boot microservice APIs and Kafka-based event pipelines. I also built a Spring AI chatbot that uses tool calling to retrieve live job status, and owned RPA workflows from requirements through production deployment.
