What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply analytics, BI dashboards, and predictive modeling to help sales and marketing teams make measurable, data-driven decisions.

At Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, I build sales intelligence and customer analytics that help commercial teams make faster decisions. I support enterprise POS reporting for more than 100 users across nine regions and six business units.

I reduced monthly reporting from 10 business days to a same-day automated Tableau refresh by centralizing data for 200+ SKUs using SQL, SSMS, and Snowflake. My KPI scorecards track revenue, COGS, and year-over-year growth, replacing fragmented Excel reporting.

I also use Python, Pandas, NLP sentiment analysis, Random Forest models, and statistical testing to uncover customer satisfaction drivers. My work has reduced analysis turnaround by 45 business days and improved customer sentiment scores by three points.
