At Athenahealth, I managed a cross-functional team across Telehealth and Patient Portal, and directed the migration from Amazon Chime to Zoom while preserving backward compatibility for billing and reporting.
I led the Patient Portal Workflows initiative with product and UX teams, and introduced an AI-first, spec-driven delivery methodology using tools including Windsurf, Codex, and Claude Code. I also directed a contractor team building an automated Playwright test suite.
Earlier at Athenahealth, I maintained the Population Health web application and contributed to its migration to Microsoft Azure. At Liquid Litigation Management, I developed the LLM Lit Manager eDiscovery application and served as lead developer on a witness-management feature.
