I am seeking a challenging role that allows me to leverage my extensive experience in risk management and auditing while contributing to organizational growth and compliance.

I am a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in auditing and risk management, having worked with prestigious Big 4 auditing firms and leading organizations. My journey began as an Audit Trainee at Ernst & Young, where I honed my skills in statutory audits and financial accounting. Over the years, I have successfully transitioned into leadership roles, including Head of Risk at Econet Wireless and Manager of Governance & Risk at Medsure Healthcare Group.

One of my key achievements includes establishing the Internal Audit Department at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe in 2012 and at Medsure Healthcare in 2017. I have also developed and implemented an organization-wide risk management culture at Econet, which has significantly enhanced the company's operational resilience. My expertise spans various industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, and healthcare, allowing me to bring a diverse perspective to risk management and corporate governance.
