I have completed M.S. in Systems Biology at Yonsei University, investigating cell-type-specific ETS1 activity and its relevance to systemic lupus erythematosus.
In Yonsei University's Systems Biology & Bioinformatics Lab, I integrated public scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, and CUT&RUN datasets to study immune-cell gene regulatory networks. My analysis identified CD14+ monocytes as having the strongest reduction in ETS1 expression and regulon activity in SLE, and I presented these findings at the Korean Society for Bioinformatics.
I've also supported medical-device market entry at MDREX by preparing MFDS licensing documentation, evaluating regulatory dossiers, and reviewing FDA 510(k) change criteria. Across research and regulatory work, I bring rigorous literature review, multi-omics interpretation, and native-level English communication.
