What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate operational needs into clear requirements, testing, process improvements, and implementation decisions while bridging business stakeholders, engineers, and overseas development teams.

I've supported industrial automation projects at WONBOT, translating operational needs into requirements, tests, process changes, and implementation decisions for AMR and AGV systems.

On RIGAS's nine-AMR gas-cylinder transportation system, I coordinated customer leaders, operators, engineers, Indian developers, and a former US software partner. I maintained requirements, schedules, risks, changes, test records, and operating procedures while supporting development and testing near the customer site.

I also recovered a stalled industrial PC certification process, coordinated supplier corrections through CE certification, and helped define application-specific specifications that reduced unit price by about 30%.

Previously at Roy Company, I turned inconsistent paper and email records into searchable Excel data and VBA workflows, reducing administrative effort by an estimated 80%. I'm a Korean-English bilingual iBBA graduate focused on operations management and information systems.
