I've also delivered telecom callback applications for Avaya at GS Lab and health insurance exchange services for GetInsured at Xoriant Solution. My work includes microservices, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, JPA persistence, testing, production releases, and Agile collaboration.
Across FedEx and UPS IVR projects, I've developed and supported consumer-facing middleware and RESTful services, debugged issues with QA teams, and built business, DAO, and integration layers using Java and Spring technologies.
