Julián Díaz

I’m an Architecture and Urbanism student shaped by projects that connect urban integration with sustainability. I bring a strong focus on design, modeling, and documentation, always aligning the built proposal with the way communities live, move, and grow.

In recent experience, I worked on the design, modeling, and documentation of a commercial project for a future mixed-use development, strengthening my ability to translate concepts into clear architectural outputs. I’ve also contributed to conceptualization, design, modeling, documentation, and construction monitoring for commercial retail and housing projects—especially where small-scale ecodesign thinking matters.

My academic path includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Urbanism, complemented by a Diploma in Sustainable Architecture and Urbanism. I enjoy tackling design briefs through competitions and exhibitions, including conceptual and architectural design with digital production, drawings, and renderings for museum-focused proposals.

I’m passionate about exploring sustainable real estate development in Chipichape for permanent, tourism, and social housing. I approach each project with an optimistic vision—using digital production, diagraming, and architectural documentation to contribute to cities and their communities, one detail at a time.
