What I'm looking for

I'm seeking physician advisory, medical review, quality, or clinical operations work where I can apply evidence-based decision-making, record review, documentation improvement, care coordination, and workflow improvement.

At Crystal Run Healthcare, I independently manage 20–25 adult patients daily across preventive care, acute presentations, transitions of care, and complex chronic disease management.

I synthesize longitudinal records, labs, imaging, hospital documentation, specialist recommendations, and medication histories into comprehensive, evidence-based care plans. I also conduct peer-to-peer reviews, post-discharge chart review, and coverage-focused clinical communication.

My Mount Sinai residency experience spans ambulatory, inpatient, telemetry, ICU, and CCU care, where I led multidisciplinary teams and rapid-response and resuscitation efforts. I use Epic to support documentation, coding optimization, results and order management, quality metrics, and longitudinal coordination.

Outside clinical practice, I founded a digital education business that has grown an organic audience of 10,000+. I’ve also contributed to neuroimaging and sleep-health research, co-authored a peer-reviewed NeuroImage: Clinical publication, and provide independent patient care in English and Spanish.
