Julia Schaible
@juliaschaible
Public health student pursuing clinical and research experience through data analysis.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Public Health student who brings a strong foundation in communication, teamwork, and organization, paired with hands-on experience supporting nonprofits and customers. I’m motivated by mission-driven work and enjoy turning planning and coordination into real impact for others.
In retail roles, I built consistency and responsibility through accurate cash and card handling, ID-check procedures, and keeping environments clean and organized. I also trained and coached three new employees on our POS system, which strengthened my ability to teach, document, and work smoothly with others under time pressure.
Through the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer, I supported fundraising operations by finalizing and updating pricing so proceeds could help Breast Cancer patients. I also volunteered in community efforts—brainstorming and communicating with 15 staff members to create fundraising events, motivating a volleyball team of 24 girls to pack food for children in need, and coordinating with 50 students to pick up roadside garbage every other week.
I’m now looking to gain experience in clinical or hospital settings while developing research skills in data analysis and administration. With coursework in Epidemiology, Public Health Program Administration, Medical Terminology, and Public Health Communication, I’m eager to contribute thoughtfully, learn quickly, and support teams that care about public health outcomes.
