I am a seasoned respiratory therapist and educator with extensive experience in pediatric critical care, discharge coordination, and respiratory program leadership. My clinical background spans NICU, PICU, CICU, and emergency settings while serving as a charge therapist and preceptor.
I have led institution-wide initiatives including a Tobacco Dependence Program, ventilator weaning pathway work, and multiple quality-improvement projects, and I contributed to a published Respiratory Care Journal article on tobacco cessation.
