I handle basic accounting standards, introductory financial analysis, and I understand the cost structure of industrial production. I learn quickly and take responsibility seriously, consistently seeking new knowledge through practical work.

In my experience, I have supported customers with clear product guidance in a technology retail environment. I also provided basic after-sales support, including initial configuration, backing up information, and resolving customer questions.

I’ve also worked as a receptionist, delivering a respectful guest experience while managing reservations and basic check-in/check-out coordination. I handled invoicing processes, sales recording, and income control using the Conexión Pos system, and I apply my academic training in inventory, records, and bank reconciliations.
