I’m looking to build and modernize high-traffic, security-conscious web platforms—owning both frontend and APIs with Angular and .NET—while improving performance, developer workflows (Azure DevOps/Jenkins), and user experience.

I’m a skilled Software Developer with experience building applications using Angular and .NET C#. I enjoy taking ownership end-to-end—turning complex requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions for real users and institutions.

In my current role as a Senior Fullstack Developer at SUNEDU, I drive frontend development for the SIGMAT project and help power nationwide workflows. I also led architectural modernization by migrating legacy PHP monoliths into high-performance, decoupled Angular (v17–21) frontends and .NET (v8–10) RESTful APIs.

I’ve engineered and optimized mission-critical modules like Constancias de Inscripción and Verificar Grados Académicos, supporting 10,000+ daily high-priority requests and 70,000+ daily public credential lookups. I strengthen reliability and security through Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA integration, and I streamline delivery using Azure DevOps with Jenkins for CI/CD.

Earlier, I built front-end architecture from scratch for MINEDU using Angular 14 and TypeScript, working in Scrum to ship milestones. Before that, I delivered full-stack capabilities across projects at PROVIAS and JNE, including REST services, Swagger API documentation and testing, and database work with SQL Server and Oracle—plus WCF services and APIs using .NET MVC.
