I've tested web, mobile, and desktop products for Fair Pattern Incorporation, Sundarban Courier Service, and Walton Mobile R&D. My work spans ERP implementation at Independent University, Bangladesh with PwC India, Document Management Systems, parcel tracking, complaint management, and delivery applications.
I design test plans and cases, manage UAT, validate APIs and database data, and track defects through Jira and Redmine. I've identified and reported 350+ defects in the Infinity DMS web application while supporting Agile delivery, release readiness, and stakeholder reporting.
