At Alstom, I delivered a full-stack React overhaul for a WinForms-based system—integrating SignalR and Redux to cut signal latency from 11s to 1s and boost efficiency by 90%. I standardized user interactions with React higher-order components, added automated testing and visual documentation with Selenium (100+ test cases), and optimized CAN communication using CANalyzer to protect data integrity and system reliability.

Previously, I optimized a high-traffic web application at Del-Coin, identifying bottlenecks and refining content delivery to reach a Google PageSpeed score of 100. I also automated deployment using best practices to eliminate site downtime and strengthen reliability.

As Managing Director of Engineering / Front-End Engineer at Global Spark, I led a team of 6 engineers across 2 products, driving code reviews and continuous integration and testing methodologies. I owned features that engaged 4000+ users, translated Figma designs into interactive pages, and engineered reusable components that helped non-developers modify dynamic data confidently.
