I'm looking to build scalable SQL Server and Power BI reporting solutions that improve data accuracy, automation, operational visibility, and decision-making while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

At the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, I develop SQL Server analytical solutions and Power BI dashboards that turn complex operational data into KPIs, trends, and actionable management insight.

I use T-SQL, stored procedures, views, CTEs, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling to build reusable datasets, automate recurring reporting, and maintain reliable scheduled refreshes. I also validate and reconcile data, investigate reporting discrepancies, and optimize queries, models, and reports for performance and usability.
