At FIT Solutions, I investigate and contain malware, phishing, business email compromise, and ransomware incidents across client environments. I tuned Rapid7 InsightIDR detections, reducing false positives from more than 450 daily tickets to fewer than 300, and conducted threat hunts across 40+ environments.
I also developed custom detections with LEQL and KQL, onboarded security event sources, and authored incident-response SOPs. I built a Python/Django training portal for analyst onboarding and cyber challenges, with scoring, reporting, user management, and challenge tracking.
