At SMBC Manubank, I built and operationalized the Cyber Defense function for Jenius Bank from inception. I designed a cybersecurity framework for its Azure and GCP environment and directed a $23M cybersecurity investment strategy.

I established security operations spanning threat detection, incident response, cloud security, and data protection, and recruited and developed a 48-person team. As executive Cyber Incident Commander, I led cross-functional crisis response and executive communications; the program achieved favorable regulatory outcomes and delivered the company’s first SOC 2 Type II report.

At CSAA Insurance Group, I led the Cyber Threat & Prevention program, including threat intelligence, cyber hunting, digital forensics, SIEM/SOAR operations, and vulnerability management. Earlier, at American Express, I led secure network architecture and datacenter design initiatives, including establishing the ISO Firewall team.
