I’m adept at using industry-standard software like SimPro, GroundPlan, Estimateone, and AutoCAD to prepare takeoffs, complete SimPro bid forms, and submit proposals on time. I also prepare tender submissions and bid packages, and I coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain a competitive and negotiated price.
I collaborate effectively with project teams in fast-paced construction environments, delivering successful outcomes through meticulous documentation and post-bid analysis. I aim to improve estimating accuracy by evaluating inclusions/exclusions, checking scope requirements, and suggesting cost-saving alternatives or modifications.
