What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead evidence-based spine and neurosurgical care improvements, advance equitable patient education and care transitions, and apply my Family Nurse Practitioner training in collaborative interdisciplinary settings.

I lead spine program initiatives at Sharp Grossmont Hospital, bringing together orthopedic spine, neurosurgery, nursing, rehabilitation, quality, and operations teams to improve coordinated care.

I direct quality improvement, outcomes measurement, registry participation, evidence-based pathways, and preparation for disease-specific spine certification. I use clinical, operational, and financial data to identify gaps and guide service-line decisions.

My background spans advanced spinal and neurosurgical care, operating room nursing, PACU care, neurotrauma, and complex transitions of care in the United States and United Kingdom. I've led nurse-run clinics, discharge planning, outpatient pathways, staff education, and cross-specialty coordination.

As a DNP Family Nurse Practitioner candidate, I'm designing language-concordant preoperative education for Spanish-speaking spine surgery patients. I bring bilingual English and Spanish communication and a focus on translating evidence into safer, more equitable care pathways.
