What I'm looking for

I’m looking for BIM-focused roles where I can own LOD 300–400 modeling, Navisworks clash detection, and permit-ready construction documentation—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and using visualization skills when they add value.

I’m a BIM Modeler focused on developing LOD 300–400 BIM models in Autodesk Revit for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. I coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and low-voltage systems to identify and resolve clashes, then produce construction documentation (plans, sections, details, schedules, and permit plans). I also create and maintain Revit families (LOD 200–400) and run BIM quality control through model audits, standards compliance reviews, and coordination meetings.

One standout project was a reality-capture-based Scan-to-BIM workflow for a Florida Residence, where I delivered an As-Built BIM Model plus daylight and solar analysis, window inventory, artificial lighting documentation, and client-ready visual reports. Alongside BIM modeling, I’ve worked as a render artist and 3D visualization specialist, creating photorealistic outputs and supporting design development through visualization and construction documentation.
