At RWS, I completed two short-term freelance projects in AI training focused on Brazilian Portuguese and English-to-Brazilian Portuguese data annotation.
I worked with Brazilian Portuguese language data, focusing on natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate language. I followed project-specific guidelines and quality requirements while working independently and submitting tasks within deadlines.
At Bacio di Latte, I served customers and explained products clearly, occasionally assisting foreign customers in English. I also processed transactions and kept operational records accurate.
Earlier, I served international guests in English at Pousada Casamar and processed cash, card, and digital payments using the TOTVS system at RM Express, where I was promoted from Bagger to Cashier.
