What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead high-impact indirect tax recovery and controversy work, combining rigorous technical analysis with automation and tax engine/ERP execution—while mentoring teams and driving clear recovery results for clients.

I’m a senior indirect tax professional with 12+ years of progressive experience across refunds, audits, compliance, automation, and VDAs. As a Senior Manager at PwC’s largest US indirect tax practice, I focus on turning complex state and local tax risk into actionable recovery and defensible outcomes.

I built a tax recovery team and led multi-state recovery initiatives generating more than $60M in refunds, while reducing client audit assessments by over $20M. Most notably, I converted a $9M Connecticut sales tax assessment into a net refund of $1.8M through strategic audit defense and technical analysis.

I also design and execute exposure review campaigns that identified and resolved over $40M in client tax exposure. On the technology side, I’ve deployed end-to-end sales and use tax functions using Alteryx and Power BI, and I’ve supported tax engine and ERP implementations by translating multi-state rules into Vertex and OneSource configurations.

Across PwC, KPMG, and prior consulting roles, I combine tax research and advisory with cross-functional leadership and mentorship. I bring hands-on expertise across SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, and FOCUS, and I’m CMI-S certified and Alteryx Core certified—committed to rigorous technical rigor, training, and practical solutions that clients can execute.
