I'm currently preparing mechanical and plumbing drawings at GCS Engineering, including ductwork sizing, heat-load calculations, and plumbing and drainage designs. I use AutoCAD, Ductulator, and Carrier HAP to produce accurate project documentation.
Over more than 10 years, I've delivered MEPF layouts, BOQ/BOMs, cost estimates, 3D SketchUp models, and telecom tower construction drawings for Centerline Communications and Warlen Industrial Sales Corp. I’ve also led CAD drafting and quantification workflows for commercial and high-rise projects.
