I am a newly qualified community registered nurse with hands-on clinical experience across medical-surgical, maternal and child health, theater, casualty, and mental health settings. I practice evidence-based care, safe drug administration, basic life support, and neonatal resuscitation while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
I have completed multiple practicums at county and subcounty hospitals, participated in medical camps, and contributed to ward and rural hospital management. I am eager to grow clinically, support patient-centered outcomes with empathy, and contribute to the development of a health-care facility.
