At SWAT Mobility, I re-architected the Android app from a single module into 37 modules using Clean Architecture. Gradle build time fell from 8–10 minutes to 3–4 minutes.
I also built the CI/CD pipeline from scratch, so releases are now built and distributed automatically to Google Play Store, Firebase and Huawei AppGallery. I migrated the map SDK UI from XML to Jetpack Compose, now live in production.
At Gojek (Moka, GoTo), I made crash stability a top engineering objective, raising Android crash-free users from 82% to 99.3% within two months. I managed a 13-person team of Android, QA and backend engineers.
Earlier, at Moka POS, I migrated 90 tables from raw SQL queries to Room and shipped checkout, KYC/KYB registration, payments and receipt printing. I also modernised 27 sync components affected by Android OS changes.
