I've designed residential and commercial projects, renovated old buildings, and run my own JC-Design office in Bayamón. My work includes building design, plans, sections, elevations, contact isometrics, and existing-building surveys.
I've supported F&R Constructions and Eurowindows with field work, construction documentation, window and door design, and measurement-based surveys. I bring practical training in masonry, plumbing, carpentry, electricity, green building design, solar, and photovoltaic systems.
