What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time remote bookkeeping role with a U.S. or Canadian small business or accounting firm, where I can apply QuickBooks Online, reconciliation, invoicing, A/R, A/P, and financial reporting skills while continuing to grow.

I currently support Flamengo’s inventory operations, maintaining accurate records for hundreds of items, investigating discrepancies, and keeping work on track during high-volume periods.

I reorganized the inventory system to help coworkers locate items faster and trained three coworkers on inventory procedures. This work has strengthened my accuracy, organization, problem-solving, deadline management, and customer support skills.

I’ve built hands-on bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks Online by setting up a company, recording income and expenses, managing invoices and bills, reconciling bank activity, reviewing transactions, and generating financial reports. I’m continuing my bookkeeping studies and looking to support a U.S. or Canadian small business or accounting firm remotely.
