What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a kitchen role with consistent hours where I can prepare quality meals, keep everything clean and compliant with health codes, and work with a dependable team that values good service.

I’m currently working as a cook at Buffalo Trading Post, preparing and cooking a variety of meals—from burgers and steaks to shrimp and kids meals. I keep my work area clean and follow sanitation regulations, while ensuring compliance with health codes during food handling, storage, and preparation.

Before that, I cooked at Cook The Goat Bar and Grill, arriving early to get the day’s specials ready M-F 9-1. During lunch, I cooked, kept the kitchen clean, and handled dishes before leaving, and I also provided input on flavors, ingredients, and cooking methods.

I bring strong reliability from years across residential cleaning and janitorial work, including commercial maintenance. I can work on my own or as a team, and I’m used to detailed processes like packaging, inspecting parts, maintaining quality, and staying organized under a steady pace.

I’ve also led teams in retail—supervising employees, ordering supplies, receiving trucks, stocking shelves, and running the register—along with earlier experience in animal care and horse training, where I’ve taught and handled yearlings and 2-year-olds.
