I'm a Senior Frontend Engineer with extensive experience in developing user-centric applications using React, Typescript, and CSS. My journey in tech began with a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, where I focused on statistical machine translation. Over the years, I've honed my skills at leading companies like Grafana and Tessian, where I contributed to the development of design systems and mentored junior developers.

At Grafana, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the React portal, focusing on features like navigation and internationalization. My commitment to accessibility ensured that our products were inclusive and user-friendly. I also led initiatives to onboard new team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes learning and growth. My passion for design and user experience has driven me to complete courses in UX design, allowing me to bridge the gap between development and design effectively.

Beyond my professional work, I co-created Funding Trends, a project aimed at helping charities understand UK charity data, which received recognition in a data visualization challenge. I am dedicated to continuous learning and sharing knowledge, actively participating in mentoring and community initiatives, particularly within the LGBTQ+ network.
